Track
A - Chinese as Heritage Language Program (CHL)
/
A系列
Track A courses are
designed for Chinese as Heritage Language students who grow up in a
Mandarin-speaking environment and have already possessed certain level of
listening and speaking abilities.
Track
A offers 12 years of Mandarin learning courses using Zhong
Wen textbook series of Ji Nan University. All classes are taught in Mandarin. Children
need to be age 5 or older to attend the 1st grade class.
Class placement is based on
both age
and the language proficiency of a student. The textbooks and work-
books can be purchased from the class teachers on the first day of school.
A系列课程
- 适用于已具有一定标准汉语听说，甚至读写能力，
并有标准汉语语言环境的学生。
课堂用标准汉语授课，课本采用暨南大学编写的“中文”
系列教材。

Track
B
- Chinese as Second
Language Program
(CSL) / B系列
Track B courses are
designed for Chinese as Second Language students, who do not have a
Mandarin-speaking environment and know little or zero Mandarin.
Track
B Chinese classes are from beginning to intermediate, and advanced levels.
Different range of textbooks designed for CSL students are used to
meet the need of different levels of classes.
The classes are taught in both English and Mandarin.
Children
need to be age 5 or older to attend the 1st grade class.
The textbooks and work-books can be
purchased from the class teachers on the first day of school.
B系列课程
- 适用于没有，或基本没有标准汉语能力及语言环境的学生。课堂用英,
汉两种语言授课，使用不同系列的课本以满足各年级学生的需求。一年级学生最小年龄为五岁。课本和练习本可在第一天上课时在班级上购到。
Adult
Class (CSL) / 成人汉语班
The school offers
adult Mandarin classes occasionally when there is an enough demand.
The classes are taught in both English and Mandarin.
The textbooks and work-books can be purchased from the class
teachers on the first day of school.
成人汉语班-在有充足需求量的学期开设。课堂用英,汉两种语言授课。课本和练习本可在第一天上课时在班级上购到。
Preschool
class (CHL and CSL) /
学前班
The Pre-school is a preparation
class for students who are too young to attend the grade classes.
The class features fun activities during learning.
The class takes students age 4 and up from both CHL and CSL backgrounds.
The textbooks can be purchased from the class teachers on the first day
of school.
