Asian Appetizer and Dessert Making Class

I. Objectives
Food is part of Chinese culture, and some Chinese food has its cultural origin. Chinese food not only concerns with nutrition, but also with the food's texture, flavor, color, and aroma. The objectives of the class include:
          a. Learn to make 15 kinds of appetizers and deserts (Due to limitations of the facility, the raw products will be made in class and students will take them home for baking or steaming)
          b. Understand the basic ideas of food preparation, which can be applied in daily cooking.
          c. Have fund in class and overflow the enjoyment to families and communities.
II.      Who may take the course:  Man or woman of 15 years or older
III.   Number of classes
Fifteen classes will be offered in each semester from 11 am to 12 noon on Saturdays as specified in MSCS school calendar.
