Tai Chi  9:20am – 10:50am

As a internal martial arts originated from China hundreds of years ago, Tai Chi is a excellent mind-body physical exercise which helps, adjust the inner body energy balance, enhance the immune system and make the body strong and healthy.  Tai Chi class at our school teaches the Forty-Eight Posture Style (四十八式太极拳).    The class is taught by Mr. Ted Li who has been a persistent Tai Chi practitioner for over a decade, and a enthusiastc and patient Tai Chi teacher.  

太极拳班作为内家功夫的太极拳在中国已有几百年的历史,是中国人健身防病的最常见和非常有效的体能锻炼项目。太极拳体有助于调节体内器官功能的平衡,保持肢体的灵活性,平衡能力,增强免疫系统功能,强身健体。本太极拳班教授四十八式太极拳。由有着十多年太极拳实践经验,热情并耐心的栗涛先生主持。

Chinese Folk Dance for Adult  9:00am —10:50am

Besides basic Chinese dance techniques, movements, body & music compositions and etc., this class teaches complete episodes of Chinese folk dances from different Chinese ethnic nationalities.  Well supported by our parents, the class has performed at the school’s Chinese New Year celebration every year and at local and Chinese communities cultural events.  The class is taught by Mr. Mo Liu, who was trained at the prestigious Beijing Dance Academy from middle school through college, and received a degree in Classical Chinese dance with focus on performance and education.  Mr. Mo Liu has been performing, choreographing and teaching dances since graduated in 2010. 

成人舞蹈班 – 教授中国舞基本功,和整套的各种不同中国民族舞蹈。本舞蹈班受到家长们的欢迎,每年在学校的春节晚会上表演,并曾多次在社区活动上和中国社团的文化活动中演出。成人舞蹈班由刘沫老师主持。刘沫老师从12岁就接受舞蹈训练并于北京舞蹈学院毕业,专长致力于舞蹈表演和教学。刘沫刘沫老师是一名职业舞蹈家,有着丰富和优秀的的舞蹈表演经验,也是一位很受欢迎的舞蹈老师。

Ballroom Dance Friday evening – 7:30pm – 9:30pm

This ballroom dance class, taught by Mr. Bangbo Hu and Ms. Ming Li, meets on Friday evenings of school weeks.  The class teaches basic ballroom dance steps and techniques for a variety of ballroom dances including the waltz, tango, fox trot, rumba, samba, cha cha, salsa, and pasodoble, etc.

国标舞一班 教国标舞基本舞步和技巧, 以及不同类别的国标舞,如华尔兹,狐步,快步,探戈,伦巴,桑巴,恰恰,莎莎,斗牛等等。跳国标舞会需要活动身体各部位的肌肉,对保持年轻的身材,体态,身体平衡能力无疑有帮助。本班由富有经验的胡邦波,李鸣老师主持。学员们可每月参加舞会,磋砌舞技,会朋交友。

Ballroom Dance Saturday Morning 11:00am – 12:00pm

This ballroom dance class, taught by Mr. Ling Chai and Ms. Ge Zhang, meets on Friday evenings of school weeks.  The class teaches basic ballroom dance steps and techniques for a variety of ballroom dances including the waltz, tango, fox trot, rumba, samba, cha cha, salsa, and pasodoble, etc.

国标舞二班 教国标舞基本舞步和技巧, 以及不同类别的国标舞,如华尔兹,狐步,快步,探戈,伦巴,桑巴,恰恰,莎莎,斗牛等等。跳国标舞会需要活动身体各部位的肌肉,对保持年轻的身材,体态,身体平衡能力无疑有帮助。本班由富有经验的柴林,张革老师主持。学员们可每月参加舞会,磋砌舞技,会朋交友。

Fitness Class 9:15 – 10:30 am

The objective of this class is to keep fit while having fun.  The class features a mix of different types of aerobic and mind-body exercises such as strength exercises, line and street dances, pilates and yoga.  This class is taught by Ms. Dong Xiaoying, an accomplished dancer and sports lover.

健美舞蹈班 – 本健美班以健身与娱乐相组合为特点。在多种有意思的活动中运动及健美身体。课程内容有:有氧健身,瑜伽,列队舞,街舞,健身运动:普拉提;力量训练,等。本课由具有丰各类舞蹈经验的董小莹老师主持.
