To
add a class:
1. No late registration fee will be charged for adding classes to
an existing registration.
2. A complete registration (see registration steps above) is
requested for adding a class.
To
withdraw a Class:
1. Email your withdraw request to: MediaChineseSchool@Yahoo.com,
or mail a written withdraw request to the school.
2.
$25 handling fee will be charged if registration fee is not paid
when registering the classes in the case of early registration.
3. Refund policies
stated on the registration form will be applied.
Refund
Policy:
1. You will
automatically receive a 100% tuition refund if a class you registered is
cancelled by the school.
2. You will receive a
100% tuition refund if your withdraw request is received by the
school before the first day of the semester.
3. You will receive a
90% tuition refund if your withdraw request is received by the
school before the second
class meeting of the semester.
4. There will be 0% refund
applicable if you withdraw a class on or after the
second class meeting day.
5. A refund will be
mailed to you on the 4th week of a semester starts. However,
please contact school if you do not receive your refund by the 6th
week.
